We entered the real estate industry over a decade ago, where our first projects consisted of renovating and flipping condominiums, townhouses and houses. We naturally evolved into new construction, where our interests shifted to infill developments. Fast forward to the present day and House of Modernity is one of the industry leaders in high-end and niche custom developments in the Edmonton area.

Our business model is quite simple “spend more, make less, sell quick.” Our product stands out from what is available in the market today. We have become a company that deals with spec and custom designs as well as commercial developments. Additionally, we have worked on strip malls, plazas, singular bays, and motels. Whether the project is a full remodel, a build-out of a medical office, or a simple kitchen renovation we have the team and expertise to handle it all.
